Holiday Island, Arkansas is a planned residential
community located in the middle of the Ozark Mountains at the Northwest
corner of Arkansas. Holiday Island is bordered by Missouri to the north.
It is on the shores of Table Rock Lake and has access to the Lake by the
marina boat docks as well as a sandy beach for swimming and picnicking.
With some of the most breathtaking vistas in the
region, Holiday Island is renowned for it's scenic beauty and quiet
serenity. At Holiday Island we say "The quiet is beautiful." Spend the
day watching deer and wildlife roam throughout the region, take a boat
and go fishing or just enjoy Table Rock Lake.
Enjoy a game of golf, the
swimming pools or play tennis or pickleball. Take a walk or a hike. Have
a family gathering in one of the facilities available. Enjoy a sunset or
sunrise. This is the place to truly enjoy relaxation at its finest.
Holiday Island is known for its outstanding golfing facilities. Property
owners and guess have access to 27 holes of challenging golf. The
18-hole course is an experience like none other with beautiful views of
the Ozark Mountains that has been known to draw the attention of even
the most serious golfer from strategy of the next hole.
The 9-hole Executive golf course is located on the historic Island where
the golfer will find this far from a simple course for there are no
level lies to be found. All shots appear to play uphill.
Holiday Island also offers two
outdoor swimming pools, 4 tennis courts, basketball court, two miniature
golf courses, pickleball courts, playground with slides and swings,
softball field, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and a pavilion for
picnics that can be used for one low daily fee.
Holiday Island encourages visitors with one hotel and many beautiful
condos and homes for rent for a weekend or a full vacation. The Holiday
Island Campground is provided for property owners and their guests as
well as the general public. Camping season is the first weekend of April
through October 31st.
The Holiday Island Marina on Table Rock Lake offers overnight boat
slips, fishing boat rentals, pontoon boat rentals, ski boat rentals and
fuel service along with a mini store.
Holiday Island offers facility rentals that can accommodate small to
large groups. For wedding receptions and or more formal dining the
Clubhouse Ballroom works very well. Family and class reunions enjoy The
Barn and the Pavilion offers a fine facility for groups and company
picnics. Other rooms are available for groups from 10-45.
Holiday Island is proud of its commerce, restaurants and businesses.
There is a grocery store, Ace Hardware, variety store, many specialty
shops and a laundromat. Holiday Island has two banks along with several
realty offices as well as several service oriented businesses. There are
five restaurants to choose from including a deli/bakery, family
restaurant, steak house, Italian or Mexican.
