Welcome to Holiday Island, Arkansas. Not only a great
place to live, but a fantastic place to vacation as well. There is so
much to do, you will want to stay several days. Maybe you like golf,
swimming, tennis, fishing, water skiing, hiking, biking or just simply
relaxing.
Perhaps you prefer shopping, seeing great shows, getting a spa treatment
and enjoying fine dining. If so, then you're going to love life and
enjoy great days and evenings here.
Holiday Island is located on the shores of Table Rock
Lake, just a stones throw from the Missouri border. This lake is well
known for the great largemouth bass fishing, and it's just a short
distance upstream to great walleye and trout fishing as well.
Holiday Island also has 2 golf courses and a driving range. There is an
18 hole and a 9 hole course. The 18 hole course has some of the most
beautiful views of the Ozark Mountains that you will find, and the 9
hole course is located on "the island" itself, so you will be able to
golf and see the lake at the same time.
The Holiday Island Marina offers overnight boat
slips, fishing boat rentals, pontoon boat rentals, ski boat rentals and
fuel service, as well as a limited supply of bait and tackle. If you
want more bait and tackle selections, you will want to visit SunFest
Grocery Store, which carries a nice selection of Bass Pro Shops and
other leading brands of fishing products.
Though most people don't realize it, you can be on the shores of Table
Rock Lake at Holiday Island, quicker than you can get to any part of
Beaver Lake from Eureka Springs. You can drive from the marina to
downtown Eureka Springs' historic district in about 10 minutes. Being
that close to over 100 unique shops, two great country music and comedy
shows and, of course, The Great Passion Play, gives you even more
reasons to want to "Stay and Play" at Holiday Island.
